When entering a claimed warranty for your product group, all warranty fields must be filled or the warranty will not appear on the deal page.


Single Item Creation


In Product Group, while creating your product, you will come to a section for warranties. 


Fill out the following fields: 

  1. Warranty Type - what type of warranty are you offering? Labor, Parts, or Parts & Labor? 

  2. Warranty Provider - who is providing the warranty (is it a third party company? If so, who?)? 

  3. Warranty Length Unit - what is the measure of the warranty length? Is it in days, years, months, weeks, lifetime? 

  4. Warranty Length Amount - how long is the warranty for? 

  5. Warranty Description - you can include a brief description of the warranty or bullet points to let the customer know what the warranty is 

  6. Warranty File - you have to include proof of warranty by clicking into this button. You have to supply a URL that links to a PDF, JPG, or PNG file. See How to Create a PDF URL



  1. Conceal Warranty Provider?- check this box only if you want your warranty provider concealed from the web page. This information will be visible when a customer purchases the product. 


   


Bulk Upload Creation


In the bulk upload template, as you’re filling out your product information, you will fill out the following columns: 


  1. Warranty Description (column AL) - you can include a brief description of the warranty or bullet points to let the customer know what the warranty is 

  2. Warranty Type (column AM) - what type of warranty are you offering? Labor, Parts, or Parts & Labor? 

  3. Warranty Provide (column AN) - who is providing the warranty (is it a third party company? If so, who?)? 

  4. Conceal Warranty Provider? (column AO) - check this box only if you want your warranty provider concealed from the web page. This information will be visible when a customer purchases the product. 

  5. Warranty Length (column AP) - how long is the warranty for? 

  6. Warranty Length Unit (column AQ) - what is the measure of the warranty length? Is it in days, years, months, weeks, lifetime? 

  7. Warranty File URL (column AR) - you have to include proof of warranty. You have to supply a link to a PDF, JPG, or PNG file. See How to Create a PDF URL
