Here at Groupon Goods, we've recently undergone a few exciting category changes, and some of you will be working with new Account Managers beginning next week! Regardless of whether your category has changed, we'd like to introduce you to your Account Management team and let them share a little bit about themselves. The AMs are your primary contacts for all things shipping, gateway troubleshooting, and vendor onboarding, so feel free to reach out with any questions you have!

What does an AM do in the course of the day?

We help vendors address shipping and logistics issues, execute vendor onboardings, and help with vendor training efforts. We also offer Gateway support. We work with vendors to help improve operational performance, troubleshoot issues and prepare for changes to our business.

When should vendors contact their AMs?

Vendors should reach out to us for anything shipping related and keep us apprised of situations that might impact order fulfillment.

What is your favorite thing about being an AM?

Kelly: I love being able to work with so many different types of people and building relationships with our vendors.
Shelby: Helping the vendors to be as successful as possible while facilitating an exceptional customer experience.

What is your favorite thing about Goods vendors?

We both love seeing vendor success stories, whether the business has improved over time or they've had a great peak season. We also love knowing our vendors are giving customers a great experience!
