This error occurs when the Vendor SKU is already present on another product in your product catalog. Vendor SKU cannot be used twice in the product catalog. To resolve, simply input a unique vendor SKU


If this does not resolve this issue: 

  • Check that all required attributes have been entered. 
  • Check all warranty information has been entered on the product group. 
  • Email your account manager or submit a helpdesk ticket for further support.
