1. To signup for a vendor helpdesk account, click on the link here.


 2. Enter your Full Name and Email


3. Immediately after registering, you will see an option to login to a launchpad. Please disregard this window. This is for internal Groupon Users only. 

4. Check your email to retrieve the link to login to your helpdesk account. Click on the link in the email to activate your account. 



5. The link in the email will take you to the screen below. Enter your name and setup your password to activate and login. 


6. Voila! Your account has been created and you will be taken back to the helpdesk page. From here, you can submit tickets, check on your historical tickets, and access our library of FAQs.
