Here at Groupon Goods, we always want you to feel comfortable when reaching out to your primary business partners. We recently introduced you to your Account Management team, and this week we'd like to introduce you to your Buying team and let them share a little bit about themselves. How long have you been a Buyer with Groupon Goods?
Lauren Hoover: I’ve been with Groupon for 5 years.
Kiki Ulick: I’ve been here for 3 years!
Ashley Siddiqui: I’ve been a buyer for 3 years.
Kelsey Whinfrey: I’ve been with the company for 5 years.
What product categories does the Jewelry & Watches team cover?
Lauren Hoover: I buy Fashion Jewelry.
Kiki Ulick: I buy Diamond and Children’s Jewelry.
Ashley Siddiqui: I buy watches, Men’s Jewelry, and Jewelry Accessories.
Kelsey Whinfrey: I buy Fine Metal Jewelry and Gemstone and Pearl Jewelry.
What does a buyer do in the course of the day?
Everything! We source new deals, plan marketing events, manage vendor relations, implement inventory and pricing strategies, do deep dive analysis of deal/vendor performances and troubleshoot as needed.
When should vendors contact their buyer?
Anytime! We’re most easily reached via email.
What is your favorite thing about being a buyer?
We love researching new trends in the market. Who doesn’t like looking at Jewelry & Watches?!

We love when vendors take the time to focus on product development--what they come to the table with is amazing.
