  • Select the products you need to fix and click on the “Edit Selected” box (to edit your products in bulk)
  • Click on the “Edit Details” link next to your product unit price (to edit your products one-at-a-time).

A SKU is being used more than once in the group

A red line under the SKU field means that the SKU is being used for another product in the product group. SKU is the unique identifier for products, so it is important that is only used once in a vendor's catalog. To resolve this error, use a unique SKU for each product in the group.

A Product ID is being used more than once in the group

A red line under the Product ID field means that the Product ID is being used for another product in the product group. Product IDs can be used more than once in a vendor catalog, but not more than once in a product group. To resolve this error, use a unique Product ID for each product in the group.

There are unacceptable characters in one of the text fields

If there are characters that Gateway does not recognize, the field where they exist with be highlighted in some way with red. For example, Gateway does not accept the symbol "Â", so if it is present in the bullet points, a message will appear that only certain characters are allowed and you will not be able to save your product group. To resolve this error, delete any unacceptable characters from the field.
