Canceling Orders Individually

Within the Orders tab in your platform you can filter for your Open Orders by clicking on "Search" and filtering accordingly. Once you find the Open Order you're searching for you will need to click on the icon to the far right of the order, which will take you into the Order Detail View:

 Once in the Order Detail View you will be able to see all of the Customer and Order information. From there you will need to select "Select Action" and click on "Cancel":



A pop-up box will appear asking you "Are you sure you want to Cancel this LineItem?" To cancel you will need to select "Cancel LineItem":



Another pop-up box will appear. Enter you reason for this order cancelation and select "Apply":



NOTE: Choosing "Vendor Shortage" as your cancellation reason will result in a vendor chargeback.



Canceling Orders in Bulk

Within the Orders tab in your platform you can filter for your Orders by clicking on "Search" and filtering accordingly. Once you find the Order(s) you're searching for you can either select only the orders you want to cancel, or leave all orders unselected (the pop-up window will give you the option to either cancel only the selected orders, or ALL orders filtered for):
